Terms of Sale
Effective date: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to purchases of products sold under the DoneOffline.com brand, including products sold on delivery.gives subdomains.
1. Who we are
DoneOffline.com is a trading name of Paul Inglis, New Plymouth, New Zealand ("we", "us"). Contact: support@doneoffline.com
Business structure: sole trader.
2. Products
Each product is standalone software, supplied as a downloadable file (usually HTML) that runs in a modern web browser and works offline. Each product's sales page describes its features, and a limited demo is available before purchase. Screenshots and demos are representative of the product.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-off payments. There are no subscriptions.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
- Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, you are redirected to a private download page and sent a welcome email with your download link. For security, download links are personal to you and expire. If your link expires or you lose your file, email support and we will send a new one.
5. Your licence
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the product or its files;
- claim the product as your own work or remove its branding;
- offer the product, or any substantially similar copy of it, for sale or download.
No resale, private label, or master resell rights are included unless a separate written licence says otherwise. All intellectual property in the products remains ours.
6. Use of the products
Our products are tools that help you complete tasks. Any outputs, calculations, or suggestions they produce should be checked by you before you rely on them. Products do not provide professional financial, legal, tax, or medical advice. We do not guarantee any particular business or financial result.
7. Faults and refunds
See our Refund Policy. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you.
8. Consumer law
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the consumer laws of your country.
If you acquire a product in trade, for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, and it is fair and reasonable that you are bound by this clause.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity.
This clause does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
