Refund Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026

Business structure: sole trader.
Our products
Our products are standalone digital software tools, delivered as a download immediately after purchase. Each sales page describes what the product does, and you can try a limited demo before buying.
Faulty products
If a product is faulty, does not work as described, or is not fit for the purpose we described, we will put it right. Depending on the problem, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you in full.
To report a problem, email support@doneoffline.com with:
- your order email address,
- the product name,
- a short description of the problem (screenshots help).
We aim to resolve every fault report within 30 days of receiving it, and usually much sooner.
Change-of-mind refunds
Because our products are digital, delivered instantly, and can be tried as a demo first, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. For example, we do not refund because you no longer need the product, bought it by mistake, or found an alternative.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any consumer law that applies to you where you live. If those laws give you a right to a remedy, you have it regardless of this policy.
If you purchase for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, to the extent permitted by law (see our Terms of Sale).
EU and UK customers
When you buy, you agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available. Your rights regarding faulty digital content are unaffected.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe). Your bank's processing time may vary. When a refund is issued, your licence to use the product ends.
